Behind the camera
Kevin is an amateur photographer who lives in the South side of Glasgow which is of easy access to some of the countries finest mountain scenery. His images tell the story of his passion for Scotland’s landscapes and iconic nature – the driving force behind his work.
Many of Kevin’s images were taken on long expeditions and day trips into the Scottish mountains. His other passion in life is keeping fit, whereby he cycles, runs and swims regularly to prepare for the long days spent in Scotland’s mountains.
“I’ve been climbing these hills for many years, they have become part of my life. If people ask me ‘What are you training for?’ I answer ‘life’. If I’m not fit enough to do what I want, then I’m not living true to myself”.
